Returns & Refunds

Returns

All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags still attached.
Custom orders and items on sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
If the item was received damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a replacement or refund.

Warranty and Guarantee

Unless otherwise indicated, the warranty for all our items are limited to 1 month availability on any manufacturer’s defects. Do refer to the above for our returns and refunds policy.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to check availability.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and any additional shipping costs for the exchange item.
